Tom Keck did a good job explaining what we needed.  He didn't try to sell us something we didn't need.  Mel and his crew also did a great job.  Everyone was on time when they said they would be here (#1 important), everyone was courteous, the work was done right and clean without any damage (#2 important) and the cost was reasonable.  The people working for Thrasher are obviously proud to work for the company.  The service was impressive!

I was referred to Thrasher from a friend who is a realtor.  The Thrasher crew arrived and we made sure we were all on the same page about the work to be done, the location of the sump pump and where the discharge pipe would be located.  After our conversation they got right to work.  I was not able to be at home while most of the work was being done, but received a call when they were done and came home to a spotless house with all the work completed.
