It is with great pleasure that I write to commend you for your excellent product and even more professional people. The world would be a much better place if everything worked as well as Thrasher. I have had two separate crews at my house to install two separate Sump Pumps. (My house is old and eclectic with the previous owners attaching additions almost willy-nilly.) Both crews were excellent, efficient, and pleasant. They took great care to isolate the work areas from the rest of the basement and I can say with certainty that the work areas were cleaner after they left than before they came. Your representative, Kevin, was courteous and pleasant. He took great care to explain in detail what I needed; how long it was going to take; and what it would cost. He was respectful of my time and flexible in scheduling our appointments. After our initial meeting, your crew came out and fixed my problem, one area that I believed to have been fixed by a previous contractor turned out not to be. Kevin came right back out and outlined my options. I explained that this problem was holding up other work that was scheduled in the remodeling and he said that he would see what he could do. I received a call the next day to see if it was alright to have a crew there in the morning! I know that you are extremely busy this time of year and that the waiting time for your services can be long. I truly appreciate that you were able to accommodate my needs in an extremely timely manner. In closing, I would like to reiterate that everyone with whom I have come in contact: from the receptionist on the phone to the crew foreman was an excellent ambassador for Thrasher. Combining that with an excellent product, you have a sure-fire prescription for success.

Everyone was professional, thorough, prompt and spent whatever time was required to answer questions. I was amazed at how clean the basement was after seeing all the dust and hearing all the noise. The steps taken to protect the non-work areas are really effective.

The staff at Thrasher is always very helpful and on top of everything! Joel is one of those rare individuals who knows his product and shares that knowledge, but at the same time is sensitive to his customer's needs, concerns and anxiety. Mel and his crew were very courteous. They understood the procedures and did the work in a very professional manner. In addition, I was very impressed with all the "covering up" of my belongings that was done; therefore, eliminating as much dust as possible.

I wanted to compliment and commend Barry for the excellent service he provided in servicing our two sump pumps. He is always professional in his manner and very thorough in his explanations when communicating with us! I love that he takes off his shoes and the great customer service! Barry calls before he comes and is always on time. I believe Barry should be complimented for his effort and hard work as an employee of Thrasher. I also want to note that my husband is a university professor @ the College of Business and he will be using Barry and Thrasher in his lectures in a HIGHLY POSITIVE LIGHT! To me there is no other name in the business. It's a no brainer!

Thrasher was recommended to me by my dad.  They did excellent work, were very affordable and finished on time. 

We selected Thrasher for several reasons. First of all, their very informative commercial on TV is what led me to recognize that we even had a problem. Second, the pre-appointment materials were extremely helpful in preparing ourselves for the appointment. Finally, the several calls I made to the office with questions were by far the most incredible customer service I have ever experienced. In fact, I told my husband even before our appointment that I wanted to work with this company because the office staff was so great. So, I could only believe that the rest of the team would be just as great. As expected, the job went very well and of my questions were answered. I loved that as the work was being done the various stages were explained. This gave me comfort that my husband and I made the right decision. Thanks for the most wonderful experience.

I called Thrasher and sent an email during off business hours when I initially learned of water in the basement of the house my wife and I were scheduled to purchase in less than a week. I then followed up the next morning and was greeted by your courteous staff on the phone who had obviously listened to my message or read the email I sent. The staff worked to get me an estimate in less than 24 hours.

Best presentation by a salesperson . . most detailed and itemized.  Very thorough, professional and enstilled great confidence.  Competition was very poorly presented, bid was sloppily done . . . just hand written with itemization and his solution was not realistic.  The competitor was a little cheaper but everything about the presentation, the salesman, etc. just said "slipshod" to me.  I figure I pay a little more but I have a better value.  I felt much more comfortable and confident with Thrasher than the guy from the competitor.  I think you get what you pay for!
