Thrasher had previously done work in our basement before and they had done excellent work, so we went with them the next time we needed their services.

Kevin performed the scheduled sump pump maintenance check last week and we are grateful for his attention. He inspected the four walls of our poured basement and noticed the east wall was "leaning" at the top. He told us about the potential for future problems and we were able to schedule the anchor installation this week that prevents any future movement.Kevin was knowledgeable, professional, warm and friendly. He explained the problem to us so that we clearly understood the process and the costs. My husband and I were impressed by his professionalism and his diligence with the inspection of our basement. I did quite a bit of research prior to my initial contact with Thrasher. The Triple Safe was without a doubt, the best on the market! We have had ours for apx. 3 years now, Thrasher has been servicing it annually. We recently purchased the Sani Dry system in addition to having some concrete work performed. Juan Matos and his crew did a good job. They were polite and courteous.  They were also helpful in explaining what they were doing at my house.
