I selected Thrasher because they had the best presentation by a salesperson...it was the most detailed and itemized.  It was very thorough, professional and instilled great confidence.  The competition was very poorly presented, the bid was sloppily done (handwritten without itemization.  The actual bid was less expensive than Thrasher, but the presentation and the salesperson didn't instill the confidence.  I figured I might pay a little bit more, but I would have a better value.  I felt much more comfortable and confident with Thrasher than with their competition.  I think you get what you pay for!

I wanted to let you know that the crew did an excellent job last Friday and the slab is in really good shape.  I believe only one small crack was formed, but the slab itself is level and the crack is not opened at all, and really should not be an issue for me. Overall I have been very satisfied with all of the work you guys have done for me, as well as the flexibility and willingness to move things around so that we could try to get completed faster.

Our salesperson, Bob Waldron, was the reason we selected Thrasher.  I understood the process when he walked us through the steps and he provided reading material for us to learn more about the process.  He was honest and considerate of our financial concerns.  We can't afford to do this again while we live in this house and he assured us that this will keep water and therefore mold out of our basement for years to come.  We were also happy with the work done by Juan Matos and his crew and we will recommend Thrasher to our friends and family.

I really liked Thrasher's price and their customer representative.

Two of our walls were starting to crack and bow out.  The men who did the work were very thorough and cleaned up the yard and house completely.

The technician Allen B. was very polite and helpful. His suggestions were helpful and I appreciate his time. 

Sometimes it is hard to tell if you are working with a reputable company until something goes wrong. In this case you stood behind your work like a company should. I am more than pleased that this did not turn into a big problem. Not only would I use your company again in the future but I will recommend your company to all of my friends and family.  I am also giving your name to the neighborhood association so they can add you to their list of people to contact for concrete and basement waterproofing needs.  Thank you for doing the right thing.  Good to know there are companies out there like thrasher basement. 

We were led to work with Thrasher because of their general reputation, experience and the recommendations from neighbors. It is very refreshing to have a home improvement company perform work for the price quoted and promised.

Customer service is very important to me and it was exhibited  at all levels.  A solution to my problem was presented, and I was not sold something I did not need. I am happy we chose Thrasher.  The service was excellent and the price was fair.

Initial call was excellent-very nice people. Scheduled appointment and was called back very quickly with a sooner appointment time.  Kurtis (sales rep) was right on time, extremely professional and a pleasure to spend time with.  Your company really dedicates time to explain everything and allow for any questions.  While I have not, and will not, shop around I can't imagine anyone else being as thorough. I researched a lot of this information on your website and other resources, Kurtis validated all I had researched and answered any gap questions I had. I trust Kurtis personally as well as his representation of your company.  Everything is top-notch!

My sales rep, Cole, took care of the comfort part and wasn't pushy at all.  Loved him.  We also had a building inspector look at it and he said is was sound but having Cole look at it too made us feel more secure.

I had concern on structural damage. My rep, Tom K, was very courteous and honest.  He took the time to listen and fully inspect the foundation.  Tom did not oversell me, in fact there was no need for any repairs but he did show me a few things once we refinish the basement.

I am pleased to report that Mel and his crew have earned a 5 star WOW Service Award in my eyes. They exceeded all of our expectations while installing our basement waterproofing system. 

Everyone was so polite throughout our experience. 10 out of 10 is not a high enough score for everything they do!
