Tripping Hazard Concrete Repair in Norfolk, NE

This homeowner wanted to fix his concrete because it was a tripping hazard he wanted to protect his grandson from. He had heard of our reputation for great concrete repairs, so he gave us a call.

We sent System Design Specialist Jesse White to inspect the driveway and discover what was causing this tripping hazard. Jesse found that the concrete was settling due to unstable soil underneath it, and this was allowing for cracks to form. After discussing options to solve this with the homeowner, we sent a team out to repair the homeowner's driveway right away. Our team utilized PolyLevel foam and NexusPro sealant to lift, level, and seal the concrete so that the tripping hazard was gone.

The homeowner was very surprised at how we could lift and repair his concrete. He was so excited that we could do this for him. Check out the concrete transformation!

Garage Concrete Repair in Garland, NE

A gap forming where the garage and driveway meet is a common problem. Since the floor of your garage and your driveway were probably poured at different times, the joint where they connect can often erode overtime. Water can then hang out in the gap and seep into your foundation. On top of that, but every time you pull your car in the garage you can feel it.

That's what this customer was experiencing. But luckily, there's an easy fix. We sent out our System Design Specialist, Caleb Spradlin, to inspect the property. He found that the joint sealant had de-bonded due to settling. He brought out a concrete crew to add more backer rods and replace the sealant with NexusPro.

The joint looks so much better and the customer was happy we could get it done so fast.
