Check out the before and after pictures of this concrete repair project! We lifted and leveled the uneven concrete slabs with PolyLevel. PolyLevel is a polyurethane foam that is injected and expands under concrete slabs. 

This sinking concrete was causing a tripping hazard leading up to the home for this homeowner. PolyLevel foam was used to lift and fill the void under the falling slab raising the concrete back level and creating a safe walkway. We then used NexusPro joint sealant to seal the joints on the sidewalk preventing this from happening again and giving the sidewalk a new clean look!

We sent System Design Specialist Sam Frei out to Ken’s home. Upon inspection Sam was able to see that the patio was settling in two different ways, away from the home and down the middle, which caused a crack to appear. We were able to repair the concrete by lifting the concrete with PolyLevel. Then we repaired the cracks and sealed the joint with NexusPro Joint Sealant. Ken was happy with the final look of the concrete and excited to be able to use the space again!
