Washington, Missouri homeowner Karrie E. was distraught by the mold that the water leaking into her basement was causing. System design specialist Chris T. designed a solution to keep her basement dry.

As part of the waterproofing solution, foreman Greg H. installed WaterGuard. WaterGuard is a perimeter drainage system designed to guide water away from the basement. Pictured is the installation of WaterGuard. Once complete, Karrie's basement will look good as new and will stay dry.

Karrie E. of Washington, Missouri was troubled by her wet, moldy basement. Water had leaked into her basement and the relative humidity was high, causing mold.

Foreman Greg H. installed the SaniDry system as part of the solution designed by system design specialist Chris T. SaniDry is an energy efficient dehumidfier that will keep the humidity low and the mold away without spiking Karrie's energy costs.

In addition to WaterGuard, the TripleSafe sump pump system was installed to keep the water out of the basement. TripleSafe includes a main pump, backup pump and a battery-powered pump to ensure Karrie's basement will stay dry.

Orvan H. of Washington, Missouri noticed that water was entering his home's basement even though he already had a working sump pump. He did not want to have to keep dealing with a mess, so he called Woods Basement Systems.

Design specialist Michael T. assessed the problem and decided the best solution was to install a Waterguard drainage system. Foreman Mason S. then headed to the home to get the job started. 

The Waterguard drainage system was installed above the footing of the basement. After installation is complete, the Waterguard is covered with concrete. It collects any water coming up from the ground before it reaches the basement surface. It then sends the water to the sump pump.

Orvan H. no longer has to worry about water leaking into his home's basement. He now has a dry and waterproof basement.
