A sidewalk in Washington, MO, was unleveled, resulting in large gaps to form in between the concrete slabs. This needed to be addressed, so the homeowner decided to give Woods a call. To solve this issue, PolyLevel™ was used to level out the concrete slabs. This system works by drilling pea-sized holes into the concrete and injecting a polyurethane foam underneath. The foam then expands, lifting the concrete slabs up to level them out. This foam also hardens to become rock solid within hours. Next, NexusPro™ was used tp fill in the gaps in between the concrete slabs. This system will withstand any harsh weather, as it is very durable. To solve this issue, WaterGuard™ was used to collect the water that entered the basement and direct it to the nearest sump pump. This system won't clog due to its horizontal design that sits on top of the soil. Next, a sump pump was used to discharge the collected water out of the basement. With these systems in place, the homeowner can rest easy knowing their basement is in great shape! 

During rainy weather, this Silex, Missouri crawl space was wet and water damaged. With no means of protection against water damage, Team Woods installed a CleanSpace encapsulation system onto the walls and floor to seal the space from water.
