Vicki C. of Louisiana, MO had an old sump pump and worried about its effectiveness in the event of severe weather. She contacted Woods Basement Systems for an evaluation.

After determining the TripleSafe sump pump would be the best solution, Woods' crew completed the installation. This pump system is equipped with a primary pump, secondary pump in case of primary failure, and a battery back up in case of power outages. An IceGuard was also installed, which provides an exit for water should the discharge line ever freeze or clog.

Vicki C. contacted Woods Basement Systems because she needed a new sump pump. After Woods determined the TripleSafe sump pump would be the best solution (three pumps including a battery backup), it was also determined that an IceGuard would add an extra level of protection for Vicki's basement. 

The IceGuard is installed on the exterior of the home and is designed to provide an exit for water in the event of frozen or clogged discharge line. Vicki can now rest assured her home is protected with the TripleSafe sump pump and IceGuard.

This Eolia, Missouri homeowner was facing these exact issues, as water would stream into his basement closet whenever it rained. In order to waterproof the space, a Woods Basement Systems team installed a TripleSafe sump pump. The TripleSafe is equipped with three separate pumps and is capable of removing over 10,000 gallons of water per hour.

Steve of Troy, Missouri wanted to do some preventative waterproofing in his home, so he called Woods Basement Systems. Systems design specialist, Jake S. recommended installing a WaterGuard system and a Twin Pack sump pump. 

Foreman, Melvin F. installed the products. WaterGuard works to guide collected water that seeps through basement walls to the sump pump in order for it to be removed from the home. The Twin Pack sump pump has two stainless steel pump which are installed at two different levels and kicks in the prevent flooding during storms. 

Now, Steve D. has no worries, knowing his home is safe from wet weather.
