Water leaks can create serious damage in the basement, so it was wise of this homeowner to reach out to Woods Basement Systems to find a waterproofing solution. The drains that were installed are called WaterGuard drains. These drains stop water leaks in their tracks and direct them towards the sump pump to be pumped back outside.

This basement window is large enough to climb out of in case of an emergency. It will also allow more natural light to enter the basement. Next, a Rockwell Window Well was installed outside the Egress Window. The built-in steps of this system allow for an easy exit, and it features an airtight well cover that will keep water and debris out of the well.
