The rear wall of my basement used to get damp during heavy rains until I contacted Quality 1st Basement Systems. The basement is finished and the water seepage was beginning to become a real problem. I found Quality 1st online and was impressed with their website and products. I looked at 2 other companies but in the end chose quality 1st because of the price and presentation given by inspector Nick. I invested in a Triple Safe Sump Pump with battery back up, as well as the WaterGuard French Drain system.

Have had our system for about 20 years. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! Never had a problem with water in our basement after our system was installed. Our system was just inspected by Kyle who cleaned it, tightened everything, and ensured the alarm was now working. Kyle also called to tell me at what time he would be at our residence which I greatly appreciated. 

From the beginning to end Quality 1st Basements is top-notch. Johnathan was detailed, knowledgeable, and personable. He took his time and made sure we got the best possible solutions to solve our water issues in our basement. After hiring two prior companies who failed miserably in solving our water issues, I can say that Quality 1st did the job and then some. The crew was clean, fast, and so nice.
