Quality 1st installed a drain system in a basement room: sump pump and dehumidifier, plus wall covering that provide a barrier over the foundation walls. In addition, they hooked my rain spout into the drain outside so both rain and water from the roof and any water from the sump pump will drain out into the yard. That was a plus to having a dry storage room in my basement!The installers were friendly, efficient, and informative, especially Louis! He told me everything I needed to know about the dehumidifier.I have already recommended Quality 1st to someone else!

Quality 1st Basement’s crew led by Luis was highly professional and competent. Their work in cleaning out the crawl space, removing old insulation, and installing the turtl entry was of the highest quality. Clean-up was very good and one wouldn’t even know that work was done there. They were very responsible and respectful. I used Quality 1st to put a triple safe sump pump in my basement. They were incredible from the start. They sent information regarding the people that were coming to the house, showed up on time, and left the area spotless. Jeffrey Nero came by at first to discuss the options and was very thorough and knowledgeable. Eric was the installer and he explained the work that was being done and kept me informed as the install was being done. I wanted to extend the discharge area a little further once it was complete and Thomas was able to come within a few days to complete the extension. I will be using the company again when we decide to fully finish the basement and put in the drainage system.
