My nephew first recommended me to Quality 1st when I realized that I had water in my basement and needed a quick solution. My salesman did a great job on his presentation and helping me understand all of the products and services offered. The installation crew led by Wilver did a good job they were neat and clean. I did research with other companies but their availability and speedy response helped me make the right decision.

Kyle was thorough in explaining the maintenance process, the condition of the pump and the remaining life on the battery. He did a very good job.

We just purchased our home and discovered the crawlspace was in need of attention. We did not want to put money into the home and have a damp, moldy space lurking below. Steve called to verify the appt and make sure we received the very informative information packet he sent us. Upon his on-time arrival and inspection, he presented a proposal and we decided to insulate and encapsulate. We finalized the paperwork in our house with Steve, he had a date for the install while he was there and we felt really comfortable with the process. Then we got a call from the office to confirm the install the day before, the crew called on the way that morning, arrived on time, worked neatly and cleanly updating me along the way. When finished I was very impressed and happy I chose Quality 1st basements.

I would personally like to thank Ryan Santaliz who performed the yearly service for my sump pump and french drain system, which was installed by Quality 1st Basement Systems.  Ryan called prior to my appointment and arrived on time at my house.  He explained everything that would be completed during the service call and provided me updates throughout the process.  Even though it was pouring rain while Ryan was here, he meticulously checked the entire system, both inside and outside my house.  After completing the service, Ryan reviewed his findings with me and made sure my system was working properly and would be ready for any future rainfall. Ryan was professional, personable, honest, and he was respectful to me and my property.  I will definitely request Ryan for my next service call.

Just got my basement done by two great professionals. Makes the money spent all worth it. Luis Aguirre and Jaime were great, got here on time, explained to me every step and process, and cleaned up everything. Definitely recommend this company to whoever is looking to address water issues in their basements.

Quality 1st Basement Systems was recommended to us by a friend. The main reason why we hired this company was because of the recommendation we received. I was satisfied with the clean up and the crew was very professional. The salesman also had an excellent presentation and the office staff was great. We were pleased with the job as a whole.

Quality 1st does amazing work! We are very satisfied with the work completed. Our inspector Rick was great he answered all of our questions and did not leave until we understood everything! We decided to waterproof the basement because we had just moved in and thought it was the best thing to do. When setting my appointment the office staff answered all of my questions and always gave call backs when needed. The installation crew was super professional and they cleaned up everything before leaving. Before deciding to go with Quality 1st we got quotes from 3 other companies but then quickly realized that they had the best system.

Michael and the team at quality basement was extremely professional and thorough in the details they provided to help me understand the issue and how it was being resolved. There were no point during the process that I felt pressured To make a decision to start the work or sign any contracts. This is a review for Quality 1st Basements in New Jersey. They waterproofed my basement in North Jersey last year. Dane recommended the Triple Safe sump pump which operated when my power went out this weekend and kept my basement dry! The foreman Wilver and his team did a great job with the installation, 5-star experience!

I am very happy with the work completed by Quality 1st Basement Systems. My inspector Rick was knowledgeable and gave a great presentation. I learned everything that I needed to know about waterproofing my basement and keeping it dry. I was dealing with a water problem for two months before i came across Quality 1st on Angie's List. The office staff did a great job at following up with me and keeping me updated. The installation crew led by Juan Garcia did an excellent job and were not at all messy. I did research on other companies before finding Quality 1st and chose them because they were professional and cheaper than other companies. My basement is now dry thanks to Quality 1st, I even chose to invest on the battery back up system in case the power goes out like it did during Hurricane Sandy.
