I am very satisfied with the work completed in my crawlspace. I first saw the crawlspace encapsulation system at my friends house and really liked the product. He referred me to Quality 1st and I had them give me a free estimate for my crawlspace moisture issues. My inspector John did a great job explaining the products for my crawlspace and made a customized solution. The installation crew was very good and showed up on time. They were neat and organized, worked good as a team.

Victor Leon and his installation crew did a great job installing eight Smart Vents and two floor jacks. My 90-year-old home has a cement block foundation that was quite hard and resistant to removal, but Victor was determined and patient. Through this he was eventually able to break down the foundation, and install the vents. Now my dining room is noticeably improved with this added stability. I would highly recommend Quality 1st Basement Systems to anyone in need of foundation repair projects on their home!

We had our annual maintenance service performed by Randy who was extremely professional, thorough, and knowledgeable. At completion, he showed me pics of the before and after of each part serviced and answered all of my questions. I feel good that I’m set for another year with a dry basement!
