So many times people just do a job and don’t care, Lawrence and his crew made 100% sure I was satisfied with the job and fully explained everything they did in a very easy to understand process. My main reason for writing was that Charlie not only pointed out to me that a battery backup was not only necessary, but he had one on the truck and did it while he was here....as far as stars are concerned he is more than "5 STARS"!!!!!   He even offered to put me on a calling list so I do not forget to change the filter in six months...what a great young man you have on your team!!!
