"Been researching having my basement waterproofed and adding French drains. My foundation is a monolithic foundation(superior wall like) so I had to be careful who I picked and made sure they knew how to deal with them. Dominic was the man who came to visit and looked at my situation and gave me confidence that him and the their company knew how to work with my foundation. There were a couple of mixups along the way but Kim and the team made it work and was very pleased how they handled the situation. As for the team that did the work itself, Ian the Foreman and the men he brought along did and EXCELLENT job. They explained any concerns I had along the way. Very respectful, hard working men who busted their butt. Time will tell if this decision was best, but they sure did give me confidence in their work and their solution."

I just wanted to take a minute to thank Dan for coming out to my house earlier this week to look at my basement and some water damage issues that I am currently facing. As a 1st time home buyer, dealing with these issues only 2 months into owning my house has been beyond stressful. Dan came out and talked straight with me and helped put my mind at ease. His advice was honest and genuine. Dan continually stressed to get my repairs done that will stop the water leaks, get them repaired and then take preventative measures for the future. He did not “over sell” me on products that I don’t need at this time. Dan told me what exactly what I need to get done as soon as my current damage/repair issues are handled. My stress level went from a 10.0 to a 5.0 after meeting with Dan.  I will be contacting this company to get my quoted system installed as soon as my current issues are resolved.  Thanks again for the type of service and honesty that you guys provide!

The Quality 1st website was informative and caught our attention on a problem we have been having for five years. The team was careful and we are extremely happy with the work done. We will refer people to Quality 1st, thank you! We are so happy with our installation.

 I want to thank first Bob Cherry, the general manager, and Phil Matthews, the system planner, for working out a solution to our unique issue. This speaks to the integrity of the Tom Romans company. Secondly, the work crew did an amazing job. The foreman, Juan, sized up the situation quickly and had the men working quickly and efficiently. Within two hours, the crawlspace was cleaned out, all debris removed, the Super Sump installed and new discharge line installed. A note about that — the crew had to take up part of a paved walkway and dig up a mulch bed. When they were finished, that area actually looked neater than when they started! You could not tell any digging had been done at all. That night, we had a storm, a lot of rain in a very short period. The pump and discharge line worked perfectly. We will of course call Tom Romans when the budget allows for the full crawlspace system to be done.

I am very satisfied with the job done! My salesman Collin Peare was thorough, and Victor Leon with his installation team were excellent.

Originally used Desert Dry 13 years ago. They did not respond when we called them back 4 years ago, but this company did! Again, for additional work, you guys responded right away and your prices are reasonable and we already knew your workmanship and personnel. We especially love the "clean look" of the finished product! Office staff was excellent. it was a "time of crisis" for us and the office staff was very understanding and patient.  Install was clean and professional too. the crew was curteous, explained everything, and did exactly what was contracted! Our Systems Designer, Ian, understood our situation and made positive recommendations.  Use us as a reference. we need more work done next year, and we are excited to work with you again!

We were familiar with Quality 1st from a past experience. I was impressed with their work so when we bought a single home fairly recently that needed foundation work in the basement we called Quality 1st. I checked with some local contractors but it was out of their area of expertise. We met with Steve Ventriglio at Quality 1st. Steve arrived on time for the appointment. He completed a custom design for our basement. The price was competitive. They also provide their own financing which helped a lot. Steve is knowledgeable, personable, responsive, and great to work with. The crew arrived on time, had the right tools and materials, and worked tirelessly. The crew also cleaned up meticulously and was pleasant. I was impressed again with their work. Quality 1st still adheres to the same standards of customer service and workmanship as they did before Covid. It was nice to see they have not changed. We would recommend Quality 1st.
