The sales representative from Quality 1st Basement Systems was very knowledgeable.  We felt comfortable after our meeting. Prior to this we had thought about this project for 4 or 5 years.  Each time I spoke with someone in the office they were friendly and helpful. I found Quality 1st Basement Systems on the internet and we selected them after receiving other estimates. Their price seemed fair and I felt I got an honest assesment.

I had a WaterGuard drain system and new sump pump installed in my unfinished basement, and am extremely pleased that I chose Quality 1st to do the work. Juan and his team arrived on time, and they were all friendly and hard working. When they finished the job, Juan made sure I understood the new system and was patient with my questions. A few days later, when something needed adjusting in the pump to eliminate vibration noise, Justin was sent out promptly. He was also very friendly and knowledgeable, quickly finding and fixing the problem. I also want to give a "shout out" to the booklet that arrived by FedEx before the work was done -- "Dry Basement Science" -- which is full of great information (and is quite entertaining to read). Thumbs-up to Quality 1st, I would recommend them.

This was my second time choosing Quality 1st to do a major job, this time to drain, grade, and encapsulate my large and damp crawl space, and once again they did a quality job. Ruben and his team arrived on time, and they were all friendly and hard working. When they finished, Juan made sure I understood everything that had been done and installed and was patient with my questions. A few days later, when something needed adjusting in the pump to eliminate vibration noise, Justin was sent out promptly. He was also on time and friendly, and extremely knowledgeable, quickly identifying and fixing the problem. I would have no hesitation in recommending Quality 1st to anyone else.

Michael was sent out to diagnose and fix a problem with my ultrasump system,.  He arrived on time, and I was impressed by his friendliness, expertise and professionalism.  He identified the problem and was creative in solving it.  In addition, he took the time to ensure that I understood what had caused the glitch, and what was done about it.  When he left, I understood a great deal more about the pump system than before.  I highly recommend Michael as a technician.

Quality 1st Basement customer care/services are excellent. As a new home buyer, I will definitely recommend this company to others. They expedited a service tech "Justin" to fix a problem. Unfortunately, some items needed to be replaced however Justin advised he had the replacement parts inside the van and would be able to start right away. This is true customer service most companies would have you wait or order parts but Justin advised they keep their vehicles stock so there isn't any delay for repair. Justin also indicated we can request him for future services since we are happy with his services. I have worked in customer service and happy to see this company practice making customers completely satisfied. Five Stars

The process from quote to completion was very easy and professional.  The Sales Associate Joe worked with us on our actual needs and did not push things we didn't need.  The Installation Manager Juan was extremely professional and friendly.  He made sure to point out everything he needed to do to make sure my Crawlspace was completed to my satisfaction.  I could tell he really knew what he was doing and took pride in doing a good job.  I would recommend Quality 1st to my friends.

My dehumidifier was not working and we were in the middle of a rainy period weatherwise. My house was very musty and I was feeling very ill with severe respiratory issues. Although Quality was booked with many emergency calls they managed to squeeze my request in and sent Nick who helped us out quickly, came earlier than scheduled, explained everything fully, and was nothing short of a top-notch professional. There are no words to explain how grateful and fortunate we were to get Quality to service our system and having Nick do the work. TOP-NOTCH!

Great company! The service technicians for the past 7 years have been great. My service tech Andrew came on 6/22/22 right away and exceeded my expectations. He was very knowledgeable and honest with me. He really showed how much he loves his job. I was treated respectfully and he took care of the issues I didn't know I had in my crawlspace.
