After a year of consideration, I took my friends advice and contacted Quality 1st Basement Systems.  The warranty offered was one of the top reasons that Quality 1st was used.  I am very satisfied with the work that they did.  When the installation team arrived, they were eager to get the work completed and also very clean.  With my battery backup I feel confident going forward that I will not have a wet basement again and I am happy I chose to work with Quality 1st Basement Systems.

Mike, the sales rep, promised and Jonathan, the crew foreman, delivered! After years of attempts at managing a wet crawl space with iron residue, we selected Quality First to install their system to effectively manage this issue once and for all. Mike clearly explained the system and tailored the proposal to meet our unique situation. He answered all our questions, was accessible when we contacted him, and was a pleasure to work with. No hard sell which we appreciated. Jonathan arrived with his crew and they worked tirelessly over two full days to first thoroughly clean the orange mud residue then install a French drain, sump pumps, discharge pipes, vent covers, liner, and humidifier. Jonathan is a true professional, answered any questions we had, made sure we were satisfied, and was meticulous ensuring the crawl space, yard and driveway were thoroughly clean at the end of each day. The space looked exactly like the promotional brochure at the end. Very impressive.

 Quality 1st are the guys to use! From the system designer Steve, through execution and cleanup by Wilver, Carlos, Saul, Danny, and the rest of the crew - these guys were all outstanding.Overcame hiccups, accommodated the homeowner, respectful, courteous, and did it all in one day. An absolute job well done. Kudos to the admin and scheduling team in the office too. I can sleep well at night with my new Waterguard system and Triple Safe pump. Mold-x2 worked well, and the vapor barrier is QUALITY stuff too! Five stars for these guys!

I first approached Quality 1st Basement Systems when I was interested in purchasing a new home. The house was perfect, except for the fact that the crawl space had a lot of moisture problems that can lead to many more problems in the future. I was very pleased when Quality 1st came out for the first inspection of the property. When it came time for the installation of the crawl space waterproofing products, I was very happy with the whole process. The foreman Jonathan Neira's team was great! They were efficient, clean and willing to listen and help with everything. The whole process was great, and I am very happy that I decided to go with Quality 1st Basement Systems to fix my crawlspace. 

I already had a sump pump from Quality 1st, so I hired them again because of my prior great experience. The team was clean and helpful and the office staff was friendly.

The crew from Quality 1st did a great job. We were very happy with the work done on our basement we needed to give them a huge shout-out. Erick morales, Luis aviles, Josue segarra did a great job!! I am very satisfied with all that Quality 1st has done for me. I got my entire basement finished and waterproofed. My inspector was very helpful and explained all of my possible solutions and products in depth. I was referred to Quality 1st from a molding company and could not have made a better decision. I chose Quality 1st because of their professionalism and reasonable price. Jesus and his crew were excellent during the installation process.

I am pleased with the work completed by Quality 1st Basement Systems. My home was built in the 40's and I had been noticing some water in my basement for a while before contacting Quality 1st. When I first met with my inspector he helped me to understand the products and how I can solve my water issues. The installation crew led by Jesus were prompt and reliable. They installed a sump pump along with french drains and now my basement is always dry. The company was very easy to work with, I would hire them again.

Pleasantly satisfied!  We cannot say enough good things about Quality 1st Basements! I never submit business reviews but Quality 1st deserves recognition for its fantastic work. We have been extremely satisfied with large projects they undertook for us at three different houses. Everything they've done has been very well done. We get good workmanship from Quality 1st. The first house they worked on for us in Central Jersey involved a wet basement. It needed a French drain and a sump pump. When the crew got into the crawlspace, they discovered that cats had made that area their litter box for an unknown number of years. The had to rip out all the filthy, smelly insulation before starting the job. I kept apologizing because I was clueless about the cat situation but they stayed cheerful and focused on the job. The crew was so good I specifically requested them for our next job. The second house Quality 1st worked on was at the Jersey Shore. It had been pummeled by storms over the years in a location two and a half blocks from the beach. But it was standing strong on a foundation of cinder blocks and shims that were the norm before building codes existed. When we went to sell this hundred-year-old beach house, we were annihilated by the buyer's inspection report with at least twenty pages of necessary corrective measures for the foundation. That sale didn't go through but we knew the work had to be done for the ultimate buyer, and also because all these reports become public information. So we called Quality 1st Basements for the job. I was terrified to have them working in the shallow crawlspace but down they went. They jacked the whole house up to make the necessary corrections. The job was done so professionally and thoroughly that the house sold immediately. That was a huge plus for us. We were grateful for the fantastic job done by Quality 1st. The next house we hired them we asked again for the same crew. My daughter bought another hundred-year-old Bradley Beach house that needed a sump pump. Quality 1st also put in a floor and shored up the beams in the front house basement. The back house will need a french drain eventually when they get the money. This work isn't cheap, but you get what you pay for. The salesmen at Quality 1st aren't pushy. They set out the job costs and leave it up to the customer to move forward or not. But you get good work. Everything they've done for us has been done very well and we are extremely satisfied.
