I am very satisfied with the final work completed by Quality 1st Basement Systems. My inspector Rick was very clear on the installation process and answered all of my questions. I did not feel any sales pressure and all of the products met my needs. I used Quality 1st to put a triple safe sump pump in my basement. They were incredible from the start. They sent information regarding the people that were coming to the house, showed up on time, and left the area spotless. Jeffrey Nero came by at first to discuss the options and was very thorough and knowledgeable. Eric was the installer and he explained the work that was being done and kept me informed as the install was being done. I wanted to extend the discharge area a little further once it was complete and Thomas was able to come within a few days to complete the extension. I will be using the company again when we decide to fully finish the basement and put in the drainage system.

From scheduling our free estimate to the repair being completed the whole process was beyond A+ service and professionalism! They mailed out information pamphlets and booklets before our estimated date which gave us a lot of information. Joe Mancini was the professional who gave us our free estimate and sat us down and explained every step of the process in full. Before we knew it we were scheduled and the repairs were completed.
