Wall Restoration in Philadelphia, PA

At this property in Philadelphia, PA, the homeowner wanted to restore the partially finished basement by installing our EverLast Finishing Wall System and Elite Plant Flooring. This wall system is made out of inorganic, mold-resistant material and is a great way to protect the basement if future flooding were to happen. These wall panels are water-resistant, strong enough to handle the daily wear and each panel is installed with a vapor barrier behind it, keeping your basement safe from water damage.

Philadelphia Egress Repair Job

Customer hired another contractor to install an egress, but it went all wrong. We stepped in and repaired the the work and installed a code-approved egress window system.

SuperSump in Philadelphia, PA

This customer had some concerning levels of moisture in the finished basement and noticed that mold was on a vent with an area of damp walls. Here we installed our SuperSump pump system with Zoeller M63 cast iron pump liner with an airtight lid that pumps out any water from the home. Then we installed our WaterGuard sub-flooring drainage system around the perimeter to capture any future water seepage and wall leaks. Lastly, we installed a Tuff top sump lid to hide the unit under the carpet of the finished basement.

CleanSpace in Philadelphia, PA

This homeowner reached out regarding an opening on the side of the basement that enters into the crawl space and was in need of encapsulation. We were able to remove the old wall panel and dig a small area to create access for a possible door. This CleanSpace system will act as a barrier to capture vapor and moisture coming through the addition of the crawl space.

In this finished basement, water was coming through the wall under the stairwell and had nowhere to go. The team went under the stairwell to dig out a trench along the foundation wall to install our WaterGuard sub-floor drain. The drain lies at the bottom of our CleanSpace Vapor barrier, which captures the wall seepage coming through and carries it down the floor drain. The vapor barrier is a white poly sheet material that completely covers the foundation part of the wall, creating an effective moisture barrier.
