At Quality 1st, we recently helped a homeowner from Pedricktown, NJ, who noticed their home was settling, with uneven floors, a new crack inside their basement, and water seepage during rainfalls. Through our expertise, we identified the need for a strong, durable solution. As seen in the photo gallery, we installed Carbon Armor to stabilize their concrete foundation effectively. 

This customer contacted us looking for solutions in basement waterproofing. He chose our Waterguard drainage system, our Cleanspace vapor barrier and the Triplesafe sump pump system to maximize his protection from flooding. 

After dealing with recurring basement water issues, this homeowner from Norristown, PA chose a complete waterproofing solution to protect their home. WaterGuard was installed to capture water seeping in along the foundation walls, while CleanSpace helped seal out moisture and keep the basement dry. TripleSafe was added to reliably remove collected water, even during heavy storms or power outages. Together, these systems provide a dry, protected basement and lasting peace of mind for the homeowner.

This Norristown, PA homeowner was dealing with a leaking Bilco basement door that was allowing unwanted moisture concerns at the basement entrance. Our team at Quality 1st replaced the old door with a new Bilco door, giving the basement a more secure and weather-resistant entry.

These photos show a major part of this TrueFloor project, from the original subfloor being completely removed to the installation of a brand-new subfloor. Beneath the new flooring, our team replaced the old joists, added new front-to-back joists, and installed two rows of SmartJacks with a supplemental beam to create new support for the floor system. Once the structural work was complete, the new subfloor was installed and a new access door was added to maintain access to the crawl space below. What started as an exposed floor system became a rebuilt, supported surface ready for the next chapter of this home.
