At this Chester home, the basement walls had begun to leak during heavy rainfall, which was causing water on the floor. We installed our CleanSpace Vapor barrier on the contracted walls, which will then capture all leakage coming through and carry it down to the sub-floor drain. This poly sheet material will seal against leaks that come through the walls and keep water out of the basement, then into the sub-floor drain. 

This historic basement beneath a Chester, PA barber shop had persistent dampness and aging stone walls vulnerable to moisture intrusion. We designed a complete waterproofing system featuring WaterGuard, TripleSafe, CleanSpace, and SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier to help protect the property moving forward. The basement is now cleaner, drier, and much better protected against future moisture issues.

Moisture problems in this old basement were creating concerns for the barber shop owner and the condition of the building below grade. We came out and installed SilverGlo insulation throughout the crawlspace. SilverGlo has a radiant barrier that reflects heat back into your crawlspace. We also installed a SaniDry Sedona Dehumidifier to eliminate the damp and musty odors in the crawlspace by drying and filtering the air.
