In Elkton, MD, a homeowner faced recurring challenges every time the rain poured. Our inspection uncovered foundation wall seepage and a sump pump that was outdated and underperforming, factors that significantly increased the risk of mold growth and structural compromise. To finish the project, CleanSpace Wall Panels were installed along the basement walls, providing a bright, clean look while directing wall moisture into the drainage system.

With these solutions in place, the basement is now dry, protected, and better equipped to handle water intrusion year-round!

For this basement waterproofing project, we installed a CleanSpace Vapor Barrier, Waterguard around the perimeter of the basement, a SuperSump Pump with Battery Backup, and a SaniDry Dehumidifier. 

The CleanSpace Vapor barrier will direct any water coming in through the walls, down to the WaterGuard, which is then directed over to the SuperSump to be pumped out of the basement.
