In preparation for selling their house, the customer wanted to ensure it was in good condition to get the best price for it. They chose Thrasher over the competition, who quoted nearly double the price for the same job.

We not only completed the job at a much lower cost but also finished it almost three weeks ahead of schedule. The customer's main problem was the sinking and uneven concrete steps in the front of their house. To address this, we utilized PolyLevel to lift the concrete and applied NexusPro to seal all control joints and cracks. This homeowner in Omaha, NE wanted to clean up the concrete surrounding their pool. Our team applied DecoShied, a translucent tinted concrete sealer to the concrete slabs. This Remsen, IA driveway sank after a sever rainstorm washed out a large section of the retaining wall and took the soil underneath with it.
