Our customer reached out to us when she noticed that her son's room had a water problem. To stop this, we used two products: WaterGuard and CleanSpace. WaterGuard captures water seepage through walls and leaks along the wall/floor joint. It's discreet and easy to install. It's also made of durable plastic that lasts without corrosion or decay. CleanSpace is a vapor barrier that prevents moisture from rendering through the walls. This stops issues like rot, mold, rust, odors, and pests. It also acts as an air barrier, making the crawl space more temperature-controlled for warmer floors and lower energy bills. CleanSpace also hinders the movement of harmful gases like radon. When combined with a radon mitigation system, it creates a safer and healthier living environment. By using WaterGuard and CleanSpace, we successfully addressed the water infiltration problem in the finished room. 

Water was coming into this customer's home from the corner of the house, and they couldn't figure out why. We resolved the issue by using our waterproofing system, Waterguard, and CleanSpace.

Mr. and Mrs. Dixon had been dealing with this problem for awhile now but decided to call Midwest Foundation Repair when their son tripped over the front stoop and hurt himself. 

Mr. Dixon called and wanted somebody to come out and take a look to see if it was something that could get fixed. The System Design Specialist described to him what we could for him. He explained how we would level the concrete and how it would be done.

This customer recently encountered an issue with their home—an unlevel patio. Sidewalks go through constant use and can form cracks and sink when the soil beneath the cement slabs erodes. It's important to address these problems quickly because uneven sidewalk slabs are a safety risk to your family, guests, and neighbors. Midwest has the expertise to resolve these issues effectively. We used PolyLevel technology to lift, level, and stabilize their patio. To address smaller cracks, we used NexusPro solution to fill and seal cracks and control joints. This gave the patio a long-lasting and seamless finish.

This homeowner's main problem was preventing water from entering their basement for health and safety reasons.  To address this issue, we installed the CleanSpace wall system. Unlike paint and other wall-adhering materials, CleanSpace is mechanically attached to the basement walls using plastic drilled-in fasteners, keeping it in place. CleanSpace will never chip, peel, or flake away from the concrete. Additionally, any water seepage through the walls will be directed down into the drainage system to keep the basement dry and protected. By choosing CleanSpace, we successfully addressed the homeowner's concerns and provided them with an effective solution.
