Tyler was very nice, friendly and knew what he was talking about. I found MidAmerica Basement Systems in the yellow pages.  Everytime I called the office staff was very helpful and was able to answer all of my questions.

Kali was very personable, informative and seemed very concerned with our basement. The two main reasons we decided to go with MidAmercia Basement Systems is because they have an outstanding reputation and when we talked with Kali we felt like he really had our best interests in mind. As far as the clean-up goes, we couldn't even tell they were there.

The office staff was great, they were able to set the appointment up right away and within a week the Design Specialist was able to look at my crawlspace.  I really like the fact that we received a follow-up call to make sure our appointment worked and to let us know what we needed to do before the installation crew got there.

The office staff was very friendly when it came to setting my appointments and they even called to remind me about them.  Mark was very thoughtful in explaining our options.  He wasn't pushy at all which was also very nice.  The installation crew was very courteous and was actually able to move up my appointment by an entire month.  Everyone at MidAmerica Basement Systems was great!

Everyone did a great job! My best friend said you did a great job with her place as well. The crew was very clean and courteous. They were a little late, but they called to let me know and it was much appreciated. 

Our Design Specialist explained things very well. Was very professional. Justin Bailey was very good at handling his crew.
