Mark was polite, pleasant and did a great job explaining everything. MidAmerica has efficient knowledge and a better system and better materials. I was also sent material to reach which helped me understand waterproofing. Mark was just great - patient and understanding. Very helpful for elders. He seems to really know the business. I was lucky to have him!
