We had 7 inches of rain about three weeks after it was installed. All three rainy days I didn't have a drop of water in my basement. I would have had standing water before my system was placed. Everyone I dealt with was so polite and gave me so much information. Your company seemed the most competent. The receptionist I talked with on the phone several times was so polite and helpful with giving me information or directing me to the right place. And the sales representative was just as polite and helpful. I was a little stressed and concerned about spending the money on this project. Also the workers themselves worked extremely hard and two long days to get the project done on schedule (even after one worker called in sick). I was also very impressed with the cleanup. The presentation was good and work was done to specification. John and Damon were very good. The experience with the office staff went well and with the representative. I am very pleased with the mudjacking work done.

I am very satisfied and now just wanting for it to rain again! Mr. Tatge did a great job of getting us done when we ran into other problems! Jeremy did an excellent good. The clean up job that was done when the job was completed was excellent too.

I have seen your trucks around town and heard good things about your company so I thought I would call. The installation crew did a good job. They were prompt and courteous. They also did a good job of cleaning up after themselves. I thought the representative did a very good job with his presentation. The office staff was very helpful as well. 

Justin called when he was on the road and was able to give me an accurate time of arrival.(they were actually a few min early) Very funny group of guys. They had a couple obstacles when shown the opening to crawl space.. and No bats to be found.. (thanks Nick,I think, for that one.) but worked quickly to find solutions. Finished job on time and did a good job at cleaning up when done. My kids were at home during this installation and got a kick out of the guys. They said you could tell they liked working together, especially when they started to sing SpongeBob theme song, but they also said.. " Man, I hope they don't quit their day job."

I intentionally waited from Oct. to May to be sure I didn't get a problem. No problem even with very wet spring. Sump runs a lot, but basement is dry.

The experience your company has and the fact of being listed by Builders Assoc. and Better Business Bureau are the reasons why I chose your company. They are good credentials.  Overall experience was good. My questions to your office staff were well answered. The home inspections was handled quickly and Butch answered all of my questions very well. His presentation was excellent. Lyle did a good job. The crew was efficient and knowledgeable. They did a good job cleaning up as well.

I just want to say again how Mike Clementz was a very professional foreman. He was very nice and knowledgeable. Always asking if we were happy and if we had any questions. Showing us what was what and how to operate them. Pointed out anything he advised us to do. He was all around a very good employee. Your company is better with him working.   We had to reschedule two times.  They were understanding and took care of it.   Salesperson was very very knowledgeable! Answered all question without acting like we were dumb and answered without discussed. Clean up was great. They laid plastic for all the foot traffic. Carried all dirt, concrete, and trash in buckets and trash cans. They made sure we were satisfied before leaving. We were recommend to you by a neighbor and he was very satisfied.

I am very satisfied overall and very impressed with the crew's work. The rep and office did an excellent job of helping me and answering my questions. I really liked the detailed information provided before the work was to be done and I thought you had good prices.
