Before, this Rock Island home's crawl space was overwhelmed by excess moisture, posing a persistent problem to homeowners longing for a drier, healthier living space. By encapsulating the crawl space with our CleanSpace technology, not only did we shield the home from further moisture invasion, but we also provided a lasting and reliable solution tailored to our customer's needs.

Diane was having an issue with sagging floors above her crawlspace. Experts at MidAmerica Basement Systems proposed that she have her crawlspace capsulized, and a SmartJack system installed. CleanSpace and SilverGlo were installed in her home to properly seal off moisture from the dirt ground, and provide the proper insulation. A SmartJack was installed to address the sagging floors, providing a more stable floor to walk on.

Marva came to us with her crawlspace concerns after she had to replace some of her wooden beams because to mold issues. Now she has a clean dry crawlspace that can be used for storage.
