Diane was having an issue with sagging floors above her crawlspace. Experts at MidAmerica Basement Systems proposed that she have her crawlspace capsulized, and a SmartJack system installed. CleanSpace and SilverGlo were installed in her home to properly seal off moisture from the dirt ground, and provide the proper insulation. A SmartJack was installed to address the sagging floors, providing a more stable floor to walk on.

In Davenport, IA, our recent crawl space repair project transformed a damp, humid space into a dry, healthy foundation.
