Like many homes, the window was below the ground outside of his home and there was a well formed around it. Anytime it rained, the well would fill up with water and begin leaking through the window into his basement. Unsure of how to fix his problem, he decided to call Woods Basement Systems to see if they had a solution for him.

Luckily, we had the perfect solution, our SunHouse Well and Cover. Our well would be installed in place of the existing rusted one to keep the water away from the foundation, as well as installing a cover on top to keep water from pooling at the bottom. Now, Nick is happy in knowing his basement will be more secure thanks to Woods Basement Systems.

Our team installed WaterGuard, TripleSafe, and CleanSpace to waterproof her basement. In addition to these systems, a SaniDry dehumidifier was installed to keep the mold away. Lastly, an EverLast window was installed to provide natural light in a way that is energy-efficient.

Water was leaking from a wall and floor joint in a Saint Louis, MO basement, causing stains and mold to appear. To solve this issue, Woods installed the  WaterGuard Perimeter Drainage System. These pipes intercept water at the wall and floor joint of the basement and drain it towards the sump system to then be pumped out. This basement will stay dry for years to come!
