Myron U. of Kirkwood, MO had a leaky basement. Water leaked in through the foundation walls and wall joints and made messes that were a hassle to clean up so he called Woods Basement Systems. Woods recommended installing a basement waterproofing system.

The WaterGuard drainage system was installed under the cement floors along the perimeter of the basement as part of the waterproofing system. It sits on top of the concrete footing, unlike other systems, so it won’t become clogged with silt and plant roots as it collects intruding water from the foundation walls and floors of the basement and drains it to the sump pump for removal.

Peter is pleased to know that his basement is dry and will stay dry. He can sleep soundly knowing there will be no water leaks or mold.

It works to collect water that seeps through the basement walls and guides it to the sump pump to fully remove it from the home.
