Kelly G. of Kirkwood, Missouri was troubled by water leaking into her basement where the floor meets the wall. The water seepage risked damaging her valuables. System design specialist Jake S. designed a solution to keep her basement dry.
Foreman Ryan L. and his team installed IceGuard in addition to WaterGuard and TripleSafe to waterproof Kelly's basement. IceGuard is installed to the exterior discharge lines. It is designed to provide an exit for water in the event that the discharge lines become frozen or clogged.
With this system, Kelly's basement is dry and will stay dry. She is pleased to know she no longer has to worry about water seepage damaging her belongings.
Myron U. of Kirkwood, MO had a leaky basement. Water was getting in and causing messes any time there was a heavy downpour. Even though he had a sump pump, it wasn’t able to keep up with the amount of water getting into his basement so he called Woods Basement Systems, Woods recommended replacing his sump pump as part of a new waterproofing system.
Woods replaced the old sump pump with the TripleSafe. The TripleSafe contains two powerful cast-iron pumps and a battery back up pump to remove intruding water safely away from the basement. It can handle the larger volumes of water that severe weather brings and protects the basement during power outages.
There were hidden leaks behind the drywall in the basement of Myron U.’s Kirkwood home. Water got into the basement through the foundation walls, damaging the drywall and wood frames and made messes so he called Woods Basement Systems. Woods recommended installing a waterproofing system.
As part of the waterproofing system, Woods installed CleanSpace over the foundation walls. CleanSpace is a thick, durable plastic moisture barrier that prevents intruding water from getting into the basement and directs it down to the perimeter drainage system. CleanSpace gives the basement a brighter, cleaner appearance.
Myron U. of Kirkwood, MO had a leaky basement. Water leaked in through the foundation walls and wall joints and made messes that were a hassle to clean up so he called Woods Basement Systems. Woods recommended installing a basement waterproofing system.
The WaterGuard drainage system was installed under the cement floors along the perimeter of the basement as part of the waterproofing system. It sits on top of the concrete footing, unlike other systems, so it won’t become clogged with silt and plant roots as it collects intruding water from the foundation walls and floors of the basement and drains it to the sump pump for removal.
Greg and Lisa M. thought they’d solved the water problem in the basement of their Kirkwood, MO home but after some rainy weather, they still had leaks. They had a sump pump in their basement but it was no longer functioning so they called Woods Basement Systems. Woods recommended replacing the pump.
Woods replaced the old, non-functioning pump with the TripleSafe sump system. The TripleSafe contains three powerful pumps, including a battery back up pump, within it airtight sealed sump liner. It expels water through its discharge lines to keep the basement dry, even in heavy downpours or power outages.
