Kirkwood, Missouri small business owner Peter S. was concerned when he discovered water leaking into the basement where the floor meets the wall. The water risked creating a musty environment. Foreman Ryan L. and his crew began waterproofing the basement by installting WaterGuard, a perimeter drainage system. WaterGuard collects and guides water to the TripleSafe sump pump system. TripleSafe is equipped with a main pump, backup pump and battery-powered pump to ensure the basement stays dry. In addition to WaterGuard and TripleSafe, IceGuard was installed. IceGuard is attached to the external discharge lines and provides an exit for water in the event that the lines become frozen or clogged.
