This resident of Kirkwood, MO had an unreliable waterproofing system that did not keep the basement dry. Rain would flood the basement, and the sump pump could not keep up with the amount of incoming water. The homeowner wanted to use his unfinished basement for storage, but was unable to do so. Right now the basement was merely wasted space in the home, and the homeowner wanted to solve this problem.
Woods Basement Systems installed WaterGuard and a TripleSafe sump pump in order to keep the resident’s basement dry. These products worked together to effectively keep water out, resulting in a happy customer with more storage space in his home.
