We started by stripping away the old, damaged shingles to get a clear view of the underlying plywood boards. Each board was thoroughly inspected, and any that showed signs of damage were replaced with fresh, sturdy wood. Next, we applied three layers of anti-weather barriers, designed to prevent any water from seeping into the decking and causing leaks or damage. With the roof fully prepped, we installed IKO Dynasty shingles in the sleek Granite Black color. Rob in Eastford, CT, called Klaus Larsen Roofing for a new storm door. Our sales inspector, Greg, met with Rob to review his options and help him choose a ProVia Storm Door in Snow Mist White. This ranch style house located in Uncasville, CT was in need of a new architectural asphalt shingle roof replacement. This home had both the main house and a studio addition which both needed new roofing systems. We stripped the existing roof and replaced all 13 sheets of plywood decking to ensure the structure of the roof.

We also installed new shingles. This home had two existing skylights which also need replacing. We installed two new Velux Fixed Deck Mount Skylight with stain grade wood interiors and Clean Safe Glass.
