Patt, owner of this beautiful building in Quaker Hill, CT, part of the Officers Christian Fellowship of the USA, reached out to Klaus Larsen Roofing looking for a roof that could offer exceptional durability at an affordable price. The process began with our crew carefully removing the old shingles, revealing the wooden decking underneath. This allowed us to inspect and replace any damaged or rotted boards, ensuring a solid foundation. Next, we installed the protective layers: SealoronXT Ice & Water and DeckTape, followed by VeloraOne Roof Underlayment. Together, these layers create a powerful barrier to keep leaks out and protect against moisture.

At this 1750's colonial style home located in Scotland, CT we completely tore off the existing roof and installed a new roofing system. After we stripped the existing shingles and hauled them to the Asphalt Roof Recycling Center in Stratford, CT we replaced 5 sheets of damaged plywood decking. To finish this roof off, we removed and replaced all of the lead chimney flashing to ensure that no water can come through the chimney to the interior of the home. This roof comes with a 50-year warranty so the homeowner can go through the rainy months ahead, worry free! 

At this 1980's Dutch Colonial home located in Scotland, CT we completely stripped the existing roof and installed a new Klaus Roofing System. Once we stripped the roof we replaced 5 sheets of damaged plywood decking that had been rotted out my water damage and old age. We went above code with Ice & Water Shield form all eaves, valleys, and around any chimneys and skylights. To ensure that no moisture passes through to the interior of the home we installed ProArmour Synthetic Underlayment designed to adhere to the roofing surface and repel outside water. For the shingles, we installedarchitectural-style asphalt shingles Driftwood. These shingles are designed to withstand 130 mph winds and are algae resistant to ensure they stay looking brand new for many years to come. 

This home in Scotland, CT had severely rotten plywood and needed several sheets replaced due to improper venting.

This single-family home built in 1876 in Norwich, CT was in desperate need of a roof replacement. To begin, we tore off 3 layers of existing roofing materials and installed new plywood decking to the existing framing. We then installed 3 rows of  Ice & Water Barrier near all eaves, valleys, chimneys etc. For shingles we installed Oakridge Shingles in the color Estate Gray. Lastly, we removed and replaced all flashing on the chimney with brand new lead flashing. This home is now secure and better than ever thanks to Klaus Larsen Roofing!
