Attic Insulation in Coventry, CT

Jennifer in Coventry, CT, trusted Klaus Larsen Roofing to replace her roof and after a great experience, she decided to take things a step further by addressing concerns about her attic. Wanting to prevent mold growth and improve energy efficiency, she asked our team about insulation options. To help protect her home from moisture buildup and temperature fluctuations, we insulated her attic floor using TruSoft Cellulose Insulation. This material creates a thermal barrier, keeping the space more comfortable year-round while reducing the risk of mold. Now, Jennifer’s home is better protected from top to bottom. The Klaus Roofing Way!

Roof Replacement in Coventry, CT

David in Coventry, CT, reached out to us when his aging asphalt shingle roof started showing signs of wear. He wanted to fully replace the roof on both his home and garage to avoid future issues and give his property a fresh, uniform look. Our crew got to work installing the Klaus Roofing System, complete with SealoronXT Deck Tape, Ice & Water, and VeloraONE Roof Underlayment to ensure lasting protection. We then installed IKO Dynasty shingles in the color Summit Grey, known for their durability and wind resistance. Every shingle was secured with ring shank nails for extra holding power. New Roof and Structural Repair in Colchester, CT

The entire front porch roof deck was treated with Ice & Water shield and we repaired the damaged collar ties in the attic. Collar ties are structurally important because they prevent the rafters of your attic from sagging. Uneven weight on top of your roof, such as large loads of snow, can cause them to sag and spread apart. They are recommended for roofs with up to approximately 18 foot spans. We also removed all existing chimney flashing and replaced it with new lead flashing.
