This roof in Glastonbury was only 12 years old but it was not in good shape. It was already failing and had multiple leaks in the house. The owners had us replace the old roof.
This duplex in Glastonbury was on the market and the owner was in the process of selling it. The roof, however, had 3-tab shingles that were old and had been patched with tar several times already. We replaced the old roof with new shingles, replaced the chimney flashing, and vent boots. On top of all that, we remove and reinstalled the lightning rod system that was attached to the roof.
This house in Glastonbury had a large 'shed' dormer in the rear of the house and an addition with a low slope.
After seeing watermarks on the ceiling, the homeowner called Klaus Larsen. The sales respresentative figured out that the issue was: the roof needed to be replaced. To fix this issue, the damaged plywood decking was removed and replaced. The home is now water free!
This 1996 Colonial-style home located in Glastonbury, CT had its original roof and was in desperate need of a new one. The backside had to be replaced a few years back due to ice dams but the rest of the house roof still needed to be replaced. To start, we first stripped off the old roofing material and replaced 4 sheets of damaged plywood decking. We then laid down three rows of Weatherlock G Ice & Water Shield to protect the home from any outside moisture. Because the backside of the garage was already replaced we had to carefully match the remainder of the shingles so that it would blend in. To top it off, we installed VentSure Ridge Vents to provide consistent attic ventilation to the home.
