This single-family home in Madison, CT was in need of a new roof and sought Klaus Larsen Roofing to take care of the job! We started by tearing off one layer of existing roofing materials and replacing 3 sheets of damaged plywood decking. We then installed 3 rows of Ice & Water Barrier near all eaves, valleys, chimneys as well as new gray asphalt shingles. Lastly, we removed all existing chimney flashing and replaced it with brand new lead flashing. This home is now complete thanks to Klaus Larsen Roofing!

At this Colonial-style home built in the 1960s, we completely tore off the existing roof and replaced it with a brand new Klaus Roofing System. For shingles, architectural-style asphalt shingles in the color Estate Gray.
