After inspecting the home, we found that certain sections of the roof were more vulnerable than others. We’ve already completed work on a few of those planes, targeting the areas where water intrusion was most likely occurring. Now, we’re returning to address additional sections to fully resolve the issue and make sure everything is consistent across the roof.

For this phase, we’re installing Owens Corning Duration TrueDefinition shingles in the color Estate Gray, giving the home a clean, uniform look while reinforcing the areas that needed attention. By tackling the roof in sections, Laini is able to fix the problem areas properly without replacing what’s still in good condition.

With these additional planes being completed, her roof is becoming stronger and more reliable with each step, helping prevent future leaks and protecting the home long term.

This house in West Hartford, CT was in need of both a new roof and gutters. After tearing off one layer of existing roofing materials we replaced 2 sheets of damaged plywood decking. We then installed 3 rows of ice & water barrier near all eaves, valleys, chimneys etc. We also installed a brown F-8 aluminum drip edge along the entire outside perimeter of the roof. and tan shingles. In terms of gutters, we installed 5-inch heavy duty Aluminum Seamless Gutters by Englert. We also installed aluminum downspouts to match the gutters, as well as new 5-foot MicroGuard Gutter Guards by Englert.
