I thought the installation crew were good workers, and I was very satisfied with the outcome, good job!

The 2 men that came to do the work, worked very hard and they were thorough. At the end the man, Yury, explained everything to me, showed me how the pumps work. They were friendly and tried their best to protect the stairs. A Project Manager also came on the second day to check that the pump was installed correctly. The Sales Rep, Steve, was very knowledgeable of all the products and very efficient, and well dressed. The company overall is super professional.

Hi Mike Costello, I tried to reach you yesterday but you were out of the office. The reason I wanted to speak to you was to express my gratitude. The installation of the Triple Safe sump pump system, the vertical SaniDry dehumidifier as well as the flooring system were installed without a hitch last Friday, Nov. 13th, all as promised by your company. I found your crew to be very meticulous and courteous. They arrived on time and didn't finish until almost 8 o'clock that evening. My basement was left in tip top shape without a trace of debris or even a speck of dust. It was thoroughly professional from start to finish. The crew's foreman was especially professional. Even after a long and no doubt tiring day, he took all the time required to explain to me the scope of the work as well as the proper operation and maintenance of the new systems. The equipment, although new, looks to be reliable and long lasting. I haven't had occasion to write such letters in the past, because most companies that I've hired don't always live up to their promises. This case was just so exceptional that I felt compelled to let you know. I am extremely satisfied with the work I had done by Sou- sol. It has made a significant improvement to diminishing HUMIDITY LEVEL THROUGHOUT THE HOUSE.Enclosing the sump pump area was a great suggestion - no stagnant water like the old original system.
