The owner of a house in Lemoyne contacted us because his basement needed repairs. His basement suffered from water infiltration from the walls and the floors. Our solution consisted of the installation of an interior drain system and a sump pump. In order to give the basement a better appearance, we installed EverLast finished walls. These walls are waterproof and include a stylized molding.
Faced with an issue concerning their old, loud and defiant sump pump within the basement, a client in Saint-Ignace-De-Loyola, Quebec contacted us seeking an immediate solution. During the inspection, our specialist explained in detail the risks associated with a malfunctioning sump pump system, including a potential basement flooding, as infiltrating water would not be properly discharged outside the house. Our specialist recommended the installation of our SuperSump system, along with the UltraSump backup pump, which ensures continued operation even during power outage. The system was installed by our team of experts and connected to a discharge line equipped with our patented IceGuard system. This protects the discharge line from freezing during extreme weather conditions.
This couple from Pointe-aux-Trembles had problems with water infiltration in the basement of their residence. After a few years of enduring water infiltration during periods of heavy rain and snowmelt, these owners made the decision to solve the problem. After some research, they made the decision to bring in a Systèmes Sous-sol Québec specialist to carry out a complete inspection of the basement of the house.
A few weeks later, a team of technicians specializing in basement waterproofing came to install a CleanSpace membrane on the basement walls, as well as a SuperSump sump pump system for this Pointe-aux-Trembles couple.

This basement in Pointes-Aux-Trembles got flooded last year, and Mrs. Sylvie was really worried about her safety and the state of her house. So she called our company asking us for waterproofing solutions to end this problem.
After offering her some quick safety advice, our team scheduled the nearest day for inspecting the place!
After the inspection, we recommended the installation of the WaterGuard interior drain system. So when the water that seeps in at the joint is captured by the holes under the drain and by the gaps that allow the water in the walls to go down the drain.
In addition, we recommended the installation of a sump pump system such as the TripleSafe sump pump system to keep her basement dry with triple the protection.
Finally, by installing a CleanSpace membrane, water vapor will stop from flowing up to the soil, and into the entire house. Hence moisture will be reduced and the place will be dry again.
Our Customer from Sherbrooke had an old pump that was not sealed and covered, which was a source of moisture that was infecting the air in her house’s basement.
