A customer from Sainte-Rose contacted us to talk about his concern about the crawl space ceiling of her small commercial building. This one seemed to lack support because we saw a start of wedging between 2 piers of bricks in this cellar of service. To solve this problem, a simple solution was offered to him. Our specialist recommended the installation of SmartJacks support pillars and three PowerBrace steel support beams. These products are specially designed to reinforce the foundation and ceiling of a crawl space. Thus, this system stabilizes the crawl space, gain back the floors to their original position, transfers the weight 

Our team has waterproofed this house in Sainte-Rose.

We have first sealed the wall cracks with polyurethane and FlexiSpan injection. Then, our team dug a trench all around the perimeter of the walls to install the WaterGuard interior drain that intercepts water from the floor and walls. A TrenchDrain has also been installed to intercept water coming through doors and stairs.

To evacuate the water in the drain, we installed a SuperSump sump pump system combined with an UltraSump booster pump system. So there is no risk that the basement will be flooded during storms that cause power outages because the UltraSump pump will start automatically and the alarm will indicate that this pump is running.

Our client had a water infiltration problem every thaw season. To fix the problem, he contacted Systèmes Sous-sol Québec to resolve his problem for good.

To do this, we installed a WaterGuard system along the perimeter of his basement. This innovative drain makes it possible to evacuate the water that infiltrates the basement without digging externally and without any maintenance. We also installed a sump pump system equipped with a main pump and another that works with a battery.

The replacement of 2 old and defective pumps with a discharge pipe got blocked over time and destroyed Mr. Guy's pumps.

We had to change the pumps and the entire water pipe and protected the pipe with an IceGuard and a LawnScape Outlet as a guaranteed finish.

An Ultra-Sump battery-powered pumping system was installed with charger/controller box and alarm, a sealed, maintenance-free 120AmpHr battery and new conduit were installed so that the water was discharged through an independent discharge line at the exterior of the house.
