Jack came out to do an inspection of a house I am involved with at no charge in Bedminster he was super professional throughout and his calm demeanor helped to calm me down! He was super honest about what the problem was and how to fix it, which is super important when dealing with foundation problems. Someone dishonest can take advantage of you during this time scare you and upcharge you on things you don't need. Excellent work putting me into contact with Ian. He quickly answered any questions and was very friendly and helpful. The job was done excellently, with no debris left, all the mold scrubbed away, and the insulation looks great!
