SEPTA (Southeastern Pennsylvania Transportation Authority) had settlement issues on two rail lines at a road crossing in Ambler, Pennsylvania. Quality 1st was able to lift the sunken slabs using the PolyLEVEL System. PolyLEVEL is a two-part urethane that, when combined, expands into a waterproof, rigid foam that is used to fill voids, stabilize slabs, and lift concrete. This before and after photo shows the sunken slabs before the PolyLEVEL System was used.

This basement was suffering from wall failure, indicated by the bowing walls and horizontal cracks. The Geo-Lock TM Wall Anchor system stabilizes walls through a periodic tightening process. This prevents further failure and can even potentially restore walls to their original positions!
The property management company was in the process of renovating this Brooklyn home. The company frequently works with Quality 1st Basement Systems to determine if any of the homes have basement waterproofing problems. This basement had water seepage through the floor joist. Quality 1st Basement Systems installed a full perimeter WaterGuard system to waterproof the basement. The WaterGuard drains to this TripleSafe sump pump which is the best sump pump on the market and will never fail this home. The company feels secure knowing that the future homeowners will not have to worry about groundwater seepage into their basement.
