1. Our TripleSafe Sump Pump has a sump liner to prevent any clogging or damage to one of the three pumps inside.

2. It has an Airtight Sump Lid to prevent water from evaporating into the basement.

3. Has a Pump Stand to elevate the pumps above the bottom of the liner to keep check valve and discharge pipe clean.

4. Has a pump alarm to alert the homeowner when an issue is detected or the amount of water is too great for the pump to handle, such as a flood during a hurricane, giving the homeowner enough time to plan accordingly.

Here is a customer who had an old inefficient sump pump that stopped working. We installed our TripleSafe 3 pump, sump pump system with some WaterGuard XL. CleanSpace was installed for a vapor barrier as well as a clean-looking wall.

We installed a SuperSump Pump and Waterguard.

Part of this basement project was replacing the customer's current window wells, which would fill up with water and just empty into the basement. We replaced the current wells with our Sunhouse window well and cover. Sunhouse wells will never rot, rust or deteriorate and are easy to clean.
