Egress Window in Timonium, MD

In Timonium, the homeowners wanted more natural light in the basement and were looking into a potential window installation. Our team dug out dirt that lay in front of the existing wall of where we would install the new window. Once we cut through the foundation wall we were able to install the vinyl EverLast Basement Window that now securely brings in more lighting. The EverLast Basement Window is a double pan window that is built with a reinforced frame and won't rust or rot like an average basement window.

SmartJack in Baltimore, MD

In this Baltimore home, deterioration started to occur on the basement walls, and the original support beams were not as secure as they once were. We were able to replace 3 center support beams with our SmartJacks to stabilize the center. All footings are installed with an over-the-top concrete restoration pour, creating maximum stability. These steel piers are designed to stop settling, and this product can also potentially raise the floor back to where it was originally.

SaniDry in Baltimore, MD

At this property there was high moisture in the basement which was giving off the musty odor and when walking down into the lower level you'd get hit with the mugginess. The owners reached out to our company for a system that will eliminate the problems that they are experiencing. We installed our SaniDry Sedona Dehumidifier that is designed to remove the muggy feeling, high humidity and even can relieve asthma. We attached the system to the sump system that will drain right into it and connected an UltraSump Battery that will keep the system on in case of a power outage or trip circuit.
