This pump is housed in a durable plastic sump liner that includes an airtight lid, a pump stand to prevent silt and small objects from clogging the intake, and a waterwatch alarm to alert the homeowner if the water level rises above the point where the pump should turn on.

This customer reached out to Quality 1st Basement Systems to help replace his old rusty window wells that were currently pulling away from the homes foundation and had no drainage system or covers. This home was built in the late 1900's and the homeowner was looking into getting this unfinished basement free from dust which was caused by the stone walls and make the basement usable. We installed out EverLast perimeter walls creating the finishing look that is designed to maximize and bring out the true potential. On the floor we installed our gray Elite Plank flooring which is made up of durable inorganic material and is waterproof, making it great for high traffic. Lastly, we painted the ceilings black creating the high ceiling look.
