The WaterGuard is designed to capture wall and floor leakage that then would flow down to the sump pump. 

This homeowner in West Chester, PA was looking into potentially encapsulating the area and fixing the cold drafts that crept into the home. The team went into the space to remove as much loose debris and dirt from the floor as possible. We then laid our CleanSpace Vapor Barrier around the contracted walls that will capture any water leakage seeping in through the foundation.
