Recently, we at Quality 1st had the pleasure of assisting a homeowner in Pottstown, PA, who was on the brink of transforming their unfinished basement into a functional, welcoming space. However, they recognized an essential step before proceeding with their basement makeover: waterproofing. Keen to prevent future water damage and ensure their investment was protected, they reached out to us, pinpointing not just their need for a dry, secure foundation, but also the desire to enhance their space with new basement windows for better light and ventilation. The plan? Installation of our premier products: CleanSpace and SaniDry Sedona. CleanSpace, a cutting-edge vapor barrier system, was proposed to envelop the basement walls, halting moisture and preventing mold growth, while the SaniDry Sedona, a compact but mighty dehumidifier, was chosen to ensure the air remained dry and healthy. 

This basement waterproofing job consisted of WaterGuard and a SuperSump Pump for the interior portion of the basement and for the exterior. We installed a trench drain that led over to and discharged into the storm drain of the business.

This old sump pump was not up to par, so we installed a TripleSafe Sump System complete with two AC power pumps and a battery backup pump. This system is capable of pumping over 6,000 gallons per hour, making it the most powerful residential sump system on the market.
